Rare Elements wins the HongKong Land’s Challenge at HackAsia 2020, recognized for the adaptability of our core NLP technology and the impact of our solutions. Building atop our core products in brand perception measurement and brand evaluation, the team developed prototypes of real estate solutions – assimilating internal and public data for trend identification, new tenant recommendation, evaluation, and monitoring for decision-making across tenants’ lifecycle, from sourcing to selection to operations.

HackAsia is a leading hackathon in Asia with >800 participants and >80 finalist teams across 40+ countries. Positioned as the flagship event of the Startup Impact Summit, part of the StartmeupHK Festival 2020, it aims to better introduce technology-driven solutions to address current challenges faced by Jardine Matheson and its strategic partners and to:

●      Celebrate Hong Kong’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit

●      Showcase the deep impact of innovative solutions

●      Unleash the power of the tech ecosystem and their “make a difference” outcomes

●      Showcase the combined strengths and benefits of the ecosystem
